This Merit Commendation was awarded to the winners of an Inter-Outfit Tournament held on the Chinese PlanetSide Servers ("ChinaSide"). This Tournament involved 30 players from 14 different Outfits competing for dominance.

The Outfit "CHINA TRIBES LEAGUE" won the Tournament and it's Members received the Merit as reward.
